I've been dealing with the same issue since the day one so I reported the issue and guys at BMW did a week ago software update from (2020.54 OTA) to 2020.60, just to be sure everything is up-to-date. Better say, they had to do it before any further steps, it's kind of standard procedure. Obvoiusly the update itself didn't help and they are going to order new amp. But first they will do some research on the versions of the amp, if there is a successor where the issue has been fixed.
